Terms of Service
These terms are a plain-language summary while our final commercial terms are confirmed. We will confirm the exact scope, ownership position and ongoing arrangement before work starts. There are no surprise charges: anything outside the agreed plan is raised and priced first.
The service
3daywebsites provides an agency-grade small-business website as an ongoing service for $99/month or $999/year, including hosting, technical maintenance and normal ongoing website updates. Your website is built and launched within three business days once the required business information, assets and access have been supplied.
What's included and what's extra
Normal ongoing website updates are included. Larger work — a completely new campaign site, a major new location rollout, a large content project or new functionality — is scoped and quoted clearly before any work begins.
Ownership and cancellation
We will confirm the exact ownership position for your domain and content, and the ongoing arrangement including cancellation, before work starts.
Bigger projects
Some projects are larger than a three-day website. Where that's the case we route you to BRINGIT Digital rather than force the work into a fixed package.
