Questions, answered straight.
No surprise charges: anything outside the agreed plan is raised and priced first.
Timing and process
Is the website really live in three business days?
Yes — once we have the required business information, assets and access, the build is delivered within three business days.
When does the three-day period begin?
The clock starts once you've supplied the essentials we need (business details, services, imagery, logo and any current site/domain access) and we've confirmed the right scope.
What do I need to provide?
Your business and contact details, your services, any logo and photos you have, your current site/domain if there is one, and a short brief on what customers should do on the site. If something's missing we'll help.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes. A rebuild is one of the most common reasons businesses come to us — we restructure the pages, content and enquiry path and launch a faster, modern version.
What happens if I am slow to provide content or feedback?
No problem — the three-business-day build window simply starts when the required information and access are available. We'll keep it easy to pick back up.
Pricing and scope
What is included in the $99/month plan?
An agency-grade website designed, built and launched, mobile-first, with hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, contact/enquiry forms, core technical SEO setup, basic analytics and normal ongoing website updates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We'll confirm the exact scope, ownership position and ongoing arrangement before work starts. There are no surprise charges — anything outside the agreed plan is raised and priced first.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — the plan is $99/month or $999/year.
What is included in Pro and Enterprise?
Pro (+$39/month) adds more proactive content, marketing and growth support. Enterprise (+$99/month) suits multi-location businesses and larger ongoing content and operational needs. Exact allowances are confirmed during scope.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — you can move up to Pro or Enterprise whenever your business needs more.
What counts as an add-on or separately scoped work?
Normal website updates are included. A completely new campaign site, a major new location rollout, a large content project or new functionality is bigger work — we quote that clearly before starting.
Content and design
Will my site look like other 3daywebsites sites?
No — we design and structure the site around your actual business, services and customers. It's built on a strong design system, not a generic template you'll recognise elsewhere.
Can you use my current logo and images?
Yes. Send through whatever you have and we'll make the most of it. If you don't have assets, we'll talk through options.
Can you help with content?
Yes — we can shape your notes, rework old wording and write clearer service explanations. Larger copy projects are scoped separately rather than treated as unlimited copywriting.
Can I add new pages later?
Yes — new service pages, locations, campaigns and more can be added as your business grows.
What is a minor update?
Ordinary changes — updating business details, services, images, copy and links. These are included; you won't be invoiced for each one.
Support and technical
Is hosting included?
Yes — hosting and SSL are included in the all-in price.
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes — every site is built mobile-first and works properly across phones, tablets and desktops.
What happens if something on the website breaks?
Genuine site defects and outages get technical attention as part of the service. We'll confirm the exact scope, ownership position and ongoing arrangement before work starts. There are no surprise charges — anything outside the agreed plan is raised and priced first.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes — we can connect your existing domain and handle the launch details, including redirects from an old site.
Can you help with business email?
Yes — basic email coordination is part of our domain and launch support.
Are backups and security handled?
Technical maintenance is part of the service. We'll confirm the exact scope, ownership position and ongoing arrangement before work starts. There are no surprise charges — anything outside the agreed plan is raised and priced first.
Google and local presence
Will my website appear on Google?
We set clean technical SEO foundations so your site can be found, but we don't promise specific rankings — anyone who guarantees top Google rankings isn't being straight with you.
What do you mean by SEO foundations?
Useful page structure, titles and descriptions, a search-friendly service/location hierarchy, sitemap and indexing basics, basic structured data and Google Business Profile alignment — not a ranking guarantee.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile and Apple Maps listing?
Yes — Google Business Profile + Apple Maps setup or clean-up is a $150 one-off add-on.
Ownership, cancellation and complex work
Who owns my domain?

Can you build an online store, portal or bespoke booking system?
That's bigger than a three-day website. For e-commerce, custom portals, bespoke booking or complex integrations we'll point you to BRINGIT Digital rather than force it into a fixed package.
What is BRINGIT Digital?
BRINGIT Digital is the team we route larger, more involved web projects to — Shopify and e-commerce, Webflow, bespoke functionality, complex integrations and larger brand-led builds.
